"I would like a screen that allowed me to see what exchanges had taken place in a set period"
1]
Control Panel > Exchanges > Exchange History (RSS & CSV)
When you get to the page you can enter a start and end date to get a restricted list.
(You have a range of selectors - you can ignore the ones you don't want).
When you have put in your dates click on Search.
2] You can also sort all the columns that have blue text and show an underline when you hover. Clicking a column header again reverses the sort (eg., from a first to a last)
3] You can choose using different selectors:
- start and end date ( use same date both places for a singel day)
- neighbourhood (eg., all Manakau exchanges)
- afilitaions (eg., Rotary)
- keyword
- recipeint (service receiver)
- provider (service giver)
You can use just one or use a mix: eg., all the exchanges in Manakau from 1st nov to 10 Nov.
Using the list
- You can just look at the list
- You can download the list as a csv file - you cna open these in any spreadsheet programme, such as Excel or Numbers.
- You can get an RSS link - put this in your bookmarks, and you can go to this list anytime.
- I am not sure if the lsit you see will remember your selectors [EDIT THIS WHEN FIND OUT]
- If you use Safari you can look at the RSS web address using Safari and get really neat tools for reading the lsit in different ways.
